This privacy and cookie policy (“Policy”) describes how Deca Games EOOD (“we”, “us” and “our”) collects, uses and shares personal data of users of this website, www.realmofthemadgod.com and www.decagames.com (the “Sites”) and the services we provide from time to time through the Sites and/or through Third Party Platforms (as defined below), including, without limitation, our online games, forums, blogs and any Account and Virtual Currency you may have(each as defined in our Terms of Service http://legal.decagames.com/tos) (together, the “Services”).

If you use our Services on or through a Third Party Platform, you will also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of service, or for the privacy practices of such Third Party Platforms. Information Automatically Collected: We automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device when you access our Sites or use our Services. For example, when visiting our Sites, we log your computer or mobile device operating system name and version, manufacturer and model, br/owser type, br/owser language, screen resolution, the website you visited before br/owsing to our Sites, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our site. WHEN DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

when you register a Realm of the Mad God, Knights & Dragons, Crime City, Modern War, Kingdom Age or Zombie Catchers account;
when you subscribe to our Newsletter;
when you use our website or play any of our games;

when you log in to our Services using third party account;
when you make an in-game or webshop purchase;
when you enroll in, or participate in, one of our events.

Our Third Party Service Providers: We may share your personal data with our third party service providers who provide services such as data analysis, payment processing, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing and other similar services.
