As many of you already know, we are now regularly running our Loyalty Program events on the webshop and it seems that quite a few players are not sure how it works. No more need to wonder, here is a short FAQ to answer all the questions we regularly get asked!
Q: What is the Loyalty Program event?
A: When this event is running and for its entire duration, you receive points for any purchase you make on the webshop. This is working for both bundles as well as gold packages. As you accumulate points, you keep unlocking rewards that you can collect all along the event.
Q: How and when can I collect the rewards?
A: The points are always accumulating during the event. They never go down during the event and are reset after the event ends. When you reach a new reward, just redeem it and move your way from there to the next one. You don’t have to wait to collect rewards. They can be redeemed as soon as you’ve reached one of them. We always give a grace period for players to collect the rewards for 24h after the event ends.
We’d like to make clear, again, that redeeming a reward is not going to reduce your points count. So redeem all the rewards you unlock as it would be a shame to miss out on some rewards you unlocked. 😉
Q : What are the rewards?
A: The rewards change with every event and can be seen by clicking on the star icon and clicking on “rewards”. The rewards can include gems, keys or consumables for the different in-game events.
Q: How long does the Loyalty program run?
A: This is different for every Loyalty Program event. They usually run for a full weekend but can be longer or shorter at times.
A timer is always displayed when the event is running so you are aware of its duration.
Q: Is this working with in-game purchases as well?
A: No, this system is specific to the webshop and only works with purchases made on the webshop.
